The Shipnet Customer Support Department is dedicated to providing efficient issue resolution for our clients.  Support requests may be made via phone, e-mail, or web portal. 

Support issues may be raised with your local Shipnet Consultant, or they may be raised in Salesforce through one of the Support Contact approaches listed below.

Web Portal

The Web Portal provides the most efficient means of creating the case in Salesforce.

Support issues may be raised by clients directly in Salesforce via the web portal at the following address:

Users will need a User ID and password which is provided by Shipnet.

For the US customers the hours are as follows: Monday through Friday 0800 - 1700 (GMT-5).
For the European customers the hours are as follows: Monday through Friday 0800 - 1600 (CET).

During national holidays, the local support department may not be operating.
