Miguel Dainesi is the CEO of ShipNet & SVP for Inchcape Shipping Services ERP division. Miguel has a successful track record of introducing new products and technologies in LATAM, Europe and the Middle East. He started work as a consultant for McKinsey moving into Oracle and becoming VP Oracle Corp Industries and Operations for Latin America. He then moved to Microsoft becoming the General Manager of Microsoft Telecommunications Sector Media and Entertainment for EMEA. Miguel has an MBA from Stanford University and speaks Spanish, English, Italian and French
Maxwell Edunyah
The Chief Financial Officer for ERP Services and Operations Director of ShipNet, Maxwell comes with a very strong Maritime background having worked for MOL and Maersk Line in a number of hugely challenging and senior finance roles. Maxwell will be responsible for all financial matters ERP and ShipNet. Maxwell is based in the ISS head Office in Chafford Hundred.
Neill Tomlin
Heading up ShipNet's Asia Pacific sales operation and currently based in Singapore, Neill Tomlin joined ShipNet in 1999, operating out of Oslo in various commercial and business development roles. Neill's focus is the development and expansion of our ERP solutions through partnerships with strategic customers and the participation in the establishment of the ERP stream as a key enabler of ISS enterprise value propositions. Neill originates from Zimbabwe, studied at University of KwaZulu Natal before starting a career in Sales and Business development with GN Comtext.
Piers Yea
Working from the ISS head Office in Chafford Hundred Piers Yea heads up the new business of ISS Information Services within the ERP services domain. He is responsible for all aspects of the Information Services business overseeing both the product development and commercial teams ensuring Information Services is aligned and contributing to the ISS Group objectives and strategy. Piers came to ISS with wealth of experience in the provision of information technology solutions to the global defence, national security and energy sector as well as having worked for Lloyd's Register Fairplay in the provision of maritime data and information solutions.
Dr Ian Synge
As Marketing Director based in ShipNet's London office Dr Ian Synge manages the promotion of the overall Maritime ERP product suite, ensuring that the market is effectively informed of the benefits gained by using ShipNet solutions. Core to this is maintaining open and effective communication channels with the global customer base, including holding a series of customer seminars and representing ShipNet at major shipping events throughout the year. A graduate of the universities of St Andrews and Aberystwyth, Dr Synge joined ShipNet from Inchcape Shipping Services, where he was responsible for the commercial exploitation of terminal and berth related data, prior to this he spent over 10 years working in the defence and national security sector.
Sanjay Banerjee
Sanjay Banerjee joined ShipNet in 2010 and currently has responsibility for the global Technical Support function. Based in London he manages a highly skilled support team of 21 running the helpdesk, providing dedicated support to our clients and ensuring customer issues are handled promptly and effectively. Associated with the maritime industry since 1995, Sanjay has sailed as a deck officer onboard merchant vessels with Wallem Ship Management, has led a marine consulting firm in Banco Marine Services, and managed highly technical products at Lloyd's Register.
Eduardo Tanco
As Director of the Delivery Consulting Group, Eduardo has 30 years experience in Consulting and Software. He has held senior positions in Accenture, Ernst & Young, SSA, and Gartner. Eduardo was born in the USA and lives in Argentina with his wife and 8 children. He is an Industrial Engineer with long and successful experience in technology management and ERP and industrial maintenance applications implementations. He also specialized in supply chain solutions, which he taught at Austral University in Buenos Aires and has an APICS CPIM certification. His last engagement with Accenture was as leader of an Oracle Financials implementation in Sudamericana de Vapores new German acquisition in Hamburg.
Isy Macadar
Isy Macadar is Director for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Isy has been in sales for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in selling technology solutions and services having worked with leading companies such as IBM, SSA Global (now Infor), and STEP International. Isy is based in ShipNet's London office.
Kelly Joyce
Kelly Joyce leads ShipNet's expansion in the Americas from Miami in his role as regional sales director offering leading maritime enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions to ship owners, charterers and ship managers. ShipNet enables top-performing maritime enterprises to effectively manage their critical business processes, including financial, commercial and technical fleet management and procurement, to provide control, automation and efficiencies across all departments, ship to shore. Kelly is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and has lived and worked in Argentina and Brazil as part of his over 20 years of sales, marketing, operations and finance leadership experience. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, studied Economics at Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil, and was an American Field Service (AFS) exchange student to Córdoba, Argentina.
Marcelo Espejo
Based in our Chennai office as Head of Product Development, Marcelo holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Buenos Aires and is also PMP certified. He has over 20 years experience working in large technology companies including HP, Microsoft, and Unisys in Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Luis Panozzo
Luis, who is based in our Oslo office has held various positions at several corporations like IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation, Sun Microsystems and prior to joining ShipNet, Verizon Business. These positions, over the span of a long career, have involved mostly customer care, product marketing and product management. He has always been very keen on listening to customer needs and has been very successful in transforming those needs either into better services or into better products, always maintaining customer satisfaction. Professionally, he is a graduate from the Chemistry College of the Universidad Catolica Argentina (Rosario) and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt (FirstSource Solutions).
Inger Wahlberg
Inger who is based in our Oslo office has the role of HR Manager, Oslo. Inger is an extremely experienced HR Manager, with nearly twenty years experience in the field, including ten years with logistics company TNT Norge AS, where she was HR and Quality Manager and notably helped the business become one of the top 10 in the Norwegian Great Places to Work survey. This was followed by two years as HR Manager for the catering firm Gate Gourmet Norway.
