ShipNet will be holding a pair of events for our Norwegian clients in Oslo on 7 September and Bergen on 8 September this year. These will be a chance for you to gain a detailed understanding of some exciting developments in our Chartering and Operations package for the Commercial Management of Vessels, as well as network with fellow members of the ShipNet user community.
This includes ShipNet Voyage Estimator, which is a new and powerful system that simplifies your chartering process, enabling the ready comparison of different vessel and cargo combinations, allowing you to quickly spot the most profitable set of voyages for your fleet, and plot routes using dynamic map based planning, all in a highly intuitive and easy to learn interface.
Also being demonstrated is the ShipNet Task Manager, which allows you to build a workflow in your Chartering and Operations department, identifying key steps that need to be taken in the planning and execution of a voyage and giving you full management transparency of what has been done at any given time.
This will also be an opportunity for you to see the overall ShipNet development roadmap for our software suite, including how new web based technologies will increasingly play a role in how our solutions will work, and how new tools will help you make the most of the data stored inside your ShipNet application. It also gives you an opportunity to give us feedback on our plans match the needs of your company.
In Oslo on 7 September the event will be held in ShipNet’s head office in Helsfyr, at Karoline Kristiansens vei 8, N-0661, Oslo. In Bergen on 8 September we will be holding it in the Scandic Strand Hotel, Strandkaien 2b-4, 5013, Bergen.
