Inspire 2018 was a huge success, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
Our conference was truly a great platform for maritime professionals to showcase their success stories, network with peers, develop organisational partnerships and hear from ShipNet experts that enjoy sharing their tips, techniques and experiences of using the solutions deployed in your environment.
The idea behind Inspire 2018 was to meet with our top customers in order to prioritise the things that would be beneficial to you in order to make a more impactful difference to your business. We wanted to spend as much time as possible with you by engaging with you, interacting with you, working alongside you and bouncing ideas off of you.
Having said this, we entered the conference with one very distinct goal: To share our latest developments with you and to receive some much need feedback on all our service offerings. We are incredibly pleased to say that this goal was achieved.
We were focused on hearing from you – your success stories and your complaints – as this will allows us to improve on what we do and give us the opportunity to provide you with the best value for money service offerings.
We take your feedback very seriously and will be working non-stop to ensure that we are able to implement the necessary changes. This is just one of the ways in which we ensure that our commitment to you – our customers – is always a priority and, while it is unpleasant, we respect your input and are passionate about finding ways to improve our offerings based on what has been shared.
We want to build the foundation of a strong and lasting partnership with you. By doing so, we will be able to leverage our assets in order to create a joint business strategy.
Please feel free to share any feedback that you may have on the conference with us, and keep your eyes peeled for more Inspire related news and developments.
